Refund and Returns Policy
At EmerForge, we want you to love your purchase. If not, we are here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
Items are eligible for return if:
- Wrong product received
- Damaged or defective product
- Product differs from description/photo
Note: Some items may NOT be eligible for return:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Clearance/sale items
- Fragile dΓ©cor items (unless damaged on arrival)
Please check product details before ordering.
2. Return Window
You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.
3. Return Conditions
Returned products must be:
- Unused and undamaged
- In original condition
- With original packaging, tags, and accessories
Products failing these conditions may be rejected.
4. Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting the returned item:
- Refund will be initiated within 5β7 business days
- Refund will be processed to the original payment method
- For COD orders, refund will be provided via bank transfer/UPI
5. Replacement Policy
If stock is available, we will send a replacement instead of refund (based on customer preference).
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Customized products
- Items damaged after customer use
- Products without original packaging
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed, but return may be possible (based on eligibility).
8. Missing or Wrong Products
If an item is missing or incorrect:
- Contact us within 24β48 hours
- Provide package unboxing video for verification
