1. Return Eligibility

Items are eligible for return if:

  • Wrong product received
  • Damaged or defective product
  • Product differs from description/photo

Note: Some items may NOT be eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Clearance/sale items
  • Fragile dΓ©cor items (unless damaged on arrival)

Please check product details before ordering.


2. Return Window

You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.


3. Return Conditions

Returned products must be:

  • Unused and undamaged
  • In original condition
  • With original packaging, tags, and accessories

Products failing these conditions may be rejected.


4. Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned item:

  • Refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be processed to the original payment method
  • For COD orders, refund will be provided via bank transfer/UPI

5. Replacement Policy

If stock is available, we will send a replacement instead of refund (based on customer preference).


6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Customized products
  • Items damaged after customer use
  • Products without original packaging

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed, but return may be possible (based on eligibility).

8. Missing or Wrong Products

If an item is missing or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 24–48 hours
  • Provide package unboxing video for verification
